Acceptable Use Policy

Scope of this Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) applies to your use of FluxEdit, including our bots, editing and generative features, presets, custom instructions, paid features, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

This Policy is part of the rules governing use of the Service and should be read together with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and AI Transparency Notice.

You are responsible for the content you submit, the instructions you provide, and the way you use, save, share, or publish outputs.

Allowed use

You may use FluxEdit for lawful private AI-assisted editing and generation where you have the legal rights and any consent required for the source material, people depicted, and intended use.

Examples of permitted use may include content involving yourself, fictional or synthetic subjects, or consenting adults where the requested use is lawful and does not violate this Policy or the rights of another person.

You must use the Service only for purposes that are lawful in the places relevant to you, the people depicted, and the intended publication or distribution of the output.

No minors

FluxEdit has zero tolerance for sexual or exploitative content involving minors.

You must never use the Service to create, request, upload, edit, or facilitate:

• Sexual or sexually suggestive content involving anyone under 18.
• Sexual or exploitative content involving a person below the legal age of majority applicable to them.
• Content that sexualizes a person whose age is uncertain or reasonably appears to be underage.
• Child sexual abuse material or any material that depicts, promotes, normalizes, or facilitates sexual exploitation of children.
• Attempts to make a minor or age-uncertain person appear older in order to generate sexualized content.

Do not upload content involving a person where you are uncertain whether the person is an adult and the requested edit would sexualize, expose, or exploit them.

No non-consensual intimate content

You must not use FluxEdit to create, request, edit, or facilitate non-consensual intimate imagery or other non-consensual sexualized depictions of a real person.

This includes, without limitation:

• Sexualizing a real person without the rights and consent required for that use.
• Digitally undressing, exposing, or depicting a real person in an intimate or sexual context without consent.
• Creating fabricated sexual activity involving a non-consenting real person.
• Using intimate content obtained through coercion, theft, hacking, hidden recording, or another unlawful method.
• Creating or distributing intimate content for revenge, blackmail, extortion, humiliation, intimidation, or harassment.

Consent must relate to the relevant use. Permission to possess, view, or publish an ordinary photo does not automatically mean you have permission to create a sexualized or intimate version of that person.

Real people, rights, and consent

If User Content depicts a recognizable real person, you must have the legal right to submit the content and any consent required for the requested transformation and intended use.

You must not falsely represent that a real person participated in, approved, created, or consented to an AI-generated or materially edited depiction when they did not.

You remain responsible for complying with privacy, publicity, personality, likeness, image-rights, intellectual-property, and other laws that may apply.

Celebrities and public figures

You must not use FluxEdit to create sexualized, intimate, nude, or sexually explicit depictions of celebrities, public figures, politicians, public officials, or other well-known real persons.

This restriction applies even when source images are publicly available and regardless of whether the requested output is intended to be described as fictional, parody, fantasy, or AI-generated.

FluxEdit may reject content or requests that appear to involve a prohibited public figure or celebrity.

No harassment, exploitation, or abuse

You must not use the Service to:

• Threaten, stalk, harass, bully, shame, intimidate, or humiliate another person.
• Blackmail or extort a person using real, edited, or generated media.
• Target a person with abusive sexualized content.
• Facilitate sexual exploitation, trafficking, coercion, or abuse.
• Encourage self-harm, violence, or other serious harm against an identifiable person.

No harmful deception or impersonation

You must not use FluxEdit to deceive others in a way that causes or is reasonably likely to cause harm.

Prohibited uses include:

• Using generated or edited media as fabricated evidence of a real event or sexual activity.
• Impersonating another person for fraud, coercion, harassment, or reputational harm.
• Misrepresenting AI-generated or materially altered media as an authentic recording where doing so is deceptive or unlawful.
• Using outputs to facilitate scams, fraud, identity theft, or unauthorized account access.

Where applicable law, platform rules, or the context of publication requires disclosure that media is AI-generated or materially manipulated, you are responsible for making that disclosure.

No illegal or exploitative content

You must not upload, request, generate, or distribute content through FluxEdit where doing so is illegal or facilitates illegal activity.

This includes content or conduct involving:

• Sexual exploitation or abuse.
• Human trafficking or coercion.
• Credible threats of violence or criminal activity.
• Unlawful acquisition, possession, or distribution of private or intimate material.
• Fraud, extortion, blackmail, or other criminal misuse.
• Any other content that applicable law prohibits us from processing or providing.

Privacy and third-party rights

You must not use the Service in a way that unlawfully infringes another person's privacy, publicity, personality, likeness, copyright, trademark, or other rights.

You must not submit content obtained through unauthorized access, hacking, stolen accounts, hidden recording, or another unlawful method.

You must not knowingly submit confidential or private information that you are not authorized to provide to the Service.

Do not bypass safety controls

FluxEdit may use automated filters, classifiers, blocklists, rate limits, manual review, or other safeguards to detect and prevent prohibited use.

You must not:

• Attempt to bypass, disable, evade, reverse-engineer, or defeat safety controls.
• Repeatedly alter prompts or source content for the purpose of circumventing a rejection.
• Use multiple accounts, bots, automation, or other methods to evade restrictions or enforcement.
• Misrepresent the age, identity, rights, or consent status of a person in order to obtain a prohibited output.

Safety systems may make mistakes and do not constitute definitive proof of age, identity, consent, or legality. A request may be rejected whenever we reasonably identify a safety or policy risk.

Platform and commercial abuse

You must not use the Service to:

• Interfere with, overload, disrupt, or damage the Service or its infrastructure.
• Introduce malware, malicious code, credential-stealing tools, or unauthorized automation.
• Scrape, probe, or access restricted systems or data without authorization.
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute access where this is not expressly permitted.
• Engage in payment fraud, unauthorized transactions, or bad-faith abuse of payment systems.

Enforcement

We may reject requests, block content, limit features, suspend access, terminate access, preserve limited records, or take other proportionate action where we reasonably believe this Policy, our Terms, applicable law, or the rights or safety of another person may be at risk.

Serious categories, including suspected exploitation of minors, non-consensual intimate content, coercion, extortion, or attempts to bypass safeguards, may result in immediate restriction or termination without prior warning.

Where required by applicable law, we may preserve or disclose information in response to valid legal process or other binding legal obligations.

Enforcement decisions may rely on automated systems and, where appropriate, additional review. Use /help if you believe a request was incorrectly restricted and you want to seek review.

Reporting prohibited use

If you become aware of suspected prohibited content, non-consensual use, exploitation, abuse, or another violation of this Policy, use the /report command in the FluxEdit bot.

Provide enough information for the issue to be understood and reviewed. Do not resend or reproduce prohibited intimate content unless the reporting flow specifically requires information that is necessary to identify the issue.

We may process information submitted through a report as described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy to reflect changes to the Service, safety practices, applicable law, provider requirements, or identified abuse risks.

The “Effective date” at the top of this page shows when the current version became effective. Where appropriate or required, material changes may be communicated through the Service.
