Scope of this Policy
This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) applies to personal information processed in connection with FluxEdit, including our bots, editing and generative features, paid features, support functions, safety systems, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).
This Policy should be read together with our Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, and AI Transparency Notice.

Who is responsible for your information
FluxEdit is responsible for the personal information it determines how and why to process in connection with operating the Service, subject to applicable law and the role of independent third-party providers.
For privacy questions or requests concerning information processed by FluxEdit, use the /help command in the FluxEdit bot.
To report suspected abuse, prohibited content, non-consensual use, or another safety or policy concern, use the /report command in the FluxEdit bot.

Information we process
Account and platform information
When you use FluxEdit through a third-party platform such as Telegram, we may receive identifiers and message metadata made available through that platform, such as a user identifier, username, display name, chat identifier, command history, and timestamps.
Uploaded media and instructions
We process photos, videos, prompts, custom instructions, preset selections, and other content you intentionally submit to use the Service.
Generated and edited media
We process outputs created in response to your requests as necessary to generate, deliver, retry, moderate, or troubleshoot the requested feature.
Usage and operational records
We may process limited records relating to Service activity, including feature usage, generation status, timestamps, error information, purchase entitlements, transaction references, policy acceptance, and security or abuse signals.
Support and reports
If you use /help or /report, we process the information you provide and the context reasonably necessary to review and respond to your request.
Payment records
We may receive transaction information from payment providers, such as transaction identifiers, payment status, amount, currency, purchase type, and timestamps. We do not need to receive full payment-card credentials when those details are handled directly by the applicable payment provider.

Why we process information
We process information only for purposes reasonably connected with operating the Service, including to:
- Provide the editing, generation, animation, and related features you request.
- Deliver results and maintain the state of your active request or session.
- Apply safety checks and enforce our Terms and Acceptable Use Policy.
- Maintain paid access, credits, purchase records, and transaction status.
- Prevent fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, and attempts to bypass safeguards.
- Diagnose technical problems and maintain Service reliability and security.
- Respond to support, privacy, safety, and abuse requests.
- Comply with legal obligations and respond to valid legal process where required.
We do not use uploaded media for unrelated advertising profiling or to build a public database of user images.

Legal bases for processing
The legal basis that applies depends on the information, purpose, and law that applies to you. Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, we generally rely on one or more of the following:
Performance of a contract or steps requested by you
We process information when it is necessary to provide a feature you request, deliver an output, maintain paid access, or otherwise perform our agreement with you.
Consent
We rely on consent where applicable law requires it for a specific type of processing. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent for future processing, subject to any processing that remains permitted or required by law.
Legitimate interests
We may process limited information where necessary for our legitimate interests in securing the Service, preventing fraud and abuse, enforcing policies, maintaining reliability, responding to support requests, and protecting users and third parties, provided those interests are not overridden by your rights and interests.
Legal obligations
We may process or retain information where necessary to comply with applicable law, accounting requirements, valid legal process, or other binding obligations.

How uploaded media is handled
Uploaded media is processed only as reasonably necessary to complete your request, perform related safety checks, deliver the result, support short-term retries, and maintain the security and reliability of the Service.
Processing may require temporary transmission to compute, storage, AI-inference, or other technical infrastructure used to provide the requested feature.
FluxEdit does not create or maintain a biometric-identification database from uploaded media and does not use facial information to uniquely identify you across unrelated services.
You remain responsible for ensuring that you have the legal rights and consent required for any recognizable person depicted in content you submit.

Retention and deletion
Uploaded source media and temporary processing copies
Uploaded source media and temporary processing copies controlled by FluxEdit are intended to be retained only for the short period necessary to process and deliver your request. Unless a shorter period is displayed in the Service, they are scheduled for automatic deletion within 2 hours after processing.
Generated outputs
Temporary copies of generated outputs controlled by FluxEdit may be retained for the same short operational window where needed for delivery or retry. Once content is delivered through a third-party platform, that platform may retain the delivered message or media according to its own settings and policies.
Manual deletion
Where the /delete command is available, you may use it to request deletion of eligible uploaded media and temporary processing copies still controlled by FluxEdit before the normal retention period ends.
Records that may be retained longer
We may retain limited non-content records for longer where reasonably necessary for payment reconciliation, purchase history, accounting, fraud prevention, security, consent and policy-acceptance records, abuse handling, legal compliance, or dispute resolution.
Support and abuse reports may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to review the issue, enforce policies, establish a record of action taken, or comply with law.

AI training
FluxEdit does not use uploaded user media to train or fine-tune its own general-purpose AI models.
Third-party infrastructure may process content to provide compute, inference, storage, delivery, or related technical functions. Those providers process information according to the applicable service configuration, contractual terms, and their own legal obligations.
We do not sell uploaded user media as training data.

Safety processing and automated systems
We may use automated filters, classifiers, blocklists, rate limits, and other systems to detect or prevent prohibited content, suspected minors, abuse, fraud, or attempts to bypass our safeguards.
These systems may analyze submitted content or related request metadata and may automatically reject, block, or flag a request. Safety systems are not perfect and are not treated as definitive proof of identity, age, consent, or legality.
Automated safety decisions are intended to control access to a requested Service feature; they are not intended to produce legal or similarly significant effects about you. You may use /help to seek review of a rejected request where appropriate.
To report suspected prohibited content, abuse, or non-consensual use, use /report.

Payment information
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. Those providers may collect payment credentials and other information directly from you under their own privacy notices and legal obligations.
FluxEdit may retain limited transaction records needed to confirm payment, provide paid access, maintain purchase history, handle support or disputes, prevent fraud, and satisfy applicable accounting or legal obligations.
The specific information available to FluxEdit depends on the payment method and provider.

International processing
The Service may use providers or infrastructure located in countries different from your own. As a result, personal information may be processed internationally.
Where applicable data-protection law requires safeguards for an international transfer, we take steps appropriate to the transfer and the role of the relevant provider, which may include contractual protections or other legally recognized transfer mechanisms.

Security
We use technical and organizational measures intended to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. Measures may include access controls, limited retention, restricted credentials, safety controls, and security monitoring.
No system is completely secure. You should avoid submitting information that is not necessary for your requested use of the Service.
If you believe your information or account may have been affected by a security issue, use /help. For suspected abuse or prohibited use, use /report.

Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may have rights concerning your personal information, including rights to:
- Ask whether we process personal information about you.
- Request access to eligible personal information.
- Request correction of inaccurate information.
- Request deletion of eligible information.
- Request restriction of certain processing.
- Object to certain processing based on legitimate interests.
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
- Request eligible information in a portable format where applicable.
- Complain to an applicable data-protection authority.
To make a privacy request, use the /help command in the FluxEdit bot. We may need to take reasonable steps to verify that the request relates to your account or information before acting on it.
These rights are not absolute. Exceptions may apply where information must be retained or processed for legal obligations, security, fraud prevention, abuse handling, or the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.

Third-party platforms and legal pages
FluxEdit may be accessed through third-party services such as Telegram. Those platforms process information independently under their own terms and privacy policies. Their handling of messages, media, account information, or technical data is outside the direct control of FluxEdit.
Our legal pages may be hosted through a third-party static hosting service. That hosting provider may process technical information relating to visits to those pages under its own terms and privacy practices.
This Policy describes processing for which FluxEdit is responsible and does not replace the privacy policies of independent third-party services.

Minors
FluxEdit is an adult-only Service and is not intended for anyone under 18 or under the legal age of majority applicable to them.
Users must not submit sexual or exploitative content involving minors or content that creates a risk of sexualizing a minor. Additional restrictions are set out in our Acceptable Use Policy.
If you believe prohibited content involving a minor has been submitted to or generated through the Service, use /report immediately.

Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy to reflect changes to the Service, our providers, retention practices, safety controls, law, or other operational requirements.
The “Effective date” at the top of this page shows when the current version became effective. Where required by law or appropriate for a material change, we may provide additional notice through the Service or request renewed acknowledgement.
